Black Summer Truffle Sauce

Description

This sauce is a delicacy prepared with only Black Summer Truffle known as ‘Scorzone’ (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.), in extra virgin olive oil. It is ideal to season any first course, to enrich any type of meat or fish or even simply to make an omelette important. The seasoning having a high percentage of truffle goes very well with butter, cream and béchamel.
