Hazelnut Cake is a traditional Piedmontese dessert.
Our Hazelnut Cake is prepared with 51% TONDA GENTILE TRILOBATA Piedmont hazelnuts, no added flour (GLUTEN-FREE), sugar, eggs and butter.
It is a typically crumbly and dry cake, and can be enjoyed as is or accompanied by cream or hot creams such as zabaglione (a typical Piedmontese sweet cream prepared with egg yolk, sugar, marsala or another sweet liqueur).
