Corn Flour (Polenta) with Summer Black Truffle (Precooked Cornmeal)

Description

One of the most traditional dishes of northern Italy, the addition of Black Summer Truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) gives the polenta a unique taste and flavour. Quick and practical to prepare; simply pour the flour into the pot with water, stir slowly with a whisk to obtain a homogeneous mixture without lumps, while it slowly cooks and thickens.
