“Tagliatella” Tipycal Egg Pasta of Langhe

Description

Tagliatella is always an excellent pasta prepared with lots of eggs, but unlike the traditional Tajarin, it is cut slightly wider.

They can be dressed with a curl of classic or truffle butter, with one of the sauces from the ‘Tartufi Al Massimo’ line, giving the palate an explosion of flavours, or with a good meat sauce.
