Description
Truffle Sauce combines the delicate flavour of champignon mushrooms with the aromatic and intense flavour of Summer Black Truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.), resulting in a product with a harmonious taste. Prepared in extra virgin olive oil, it is one of the best known truffle products, an excellent condiment for hors d’oeuvres, first courses and meat dishes. Excellent spread on toasted bread, bruschetta and crostini. It can also be used as a filling ingredient in pastas and pies.
