Tartufi al Massimo was born in 2005, after a twenty-year experience in close contact with local truffle hunters, the famous “Trifolao”. Tartufi al Massimo is a family business, where experience lives together with high professionalism and, above all, with attention to the customer, among which they annover high quality and starry restaurants, prestigious specialty food shops, which reflect the quality of Made in Italy. Passion, dedication and experience have led to the creation of a line of truffle products which takes into consideration all products already existing on the market and, last but not least, the new trends in taste of more and more demanding customers. Truffle oil, truffle sauce, carpacci, creams, pasta and more, are first-rate craftmade so that, every month of the year, you can appreciate the essence of this icon of taste, which represents an intense pleasure for the gourmet. “Tartufi al Massimo” offers virtual journeys through time, landscapes, customs and traditions of “People from Langhe”, a Unesco Heritage site. These places offer culinary treasures, stories, curiosities, anecdotes and legends which are part of an ancient tradition that is increasingly current.

Massimo Cillario, il titolare, nasce a Dogliani, paese nel cuore delle Langhe, dove il vino e le nocciole fanno da contorno a sua maestà il Tartufo. A Dogliani, Massimo vive con la sua famiglia, lavorando nel fulcro del mercato mondiale del tartufo, ovvero Alba e le Langhe, un luogo fisico in cui tutti i prodotti dell’eccellenza gastronomica piemontese trovano il giusto risalto. Questo ha consentito di differenziare il prodotto locale da quello di altri territori e di puntare esclusivamente sull’indiscussa qualità e freschezza del prodotto autoctono.
