- Pecorino Cheese Cream with Fresh Black Summer Truffle ''Tartufi al Massimo''
- Fresh Black Summer Truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.)
Method
- Toast the bread previously cut into slices
- Spread the cream, kept at room temperature, on the warm bread
- Add a few slices of Fresh Black Summer Truffle to embellish the crouton
