Description

It is a fine sauce that brings together the sweet autumn porcini mushroom with the noble White Truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico) which embellishes and intensifies the fragrance. It can be used to flavor excellent pastas, especially tagliatelle, or to cream risottos; it is also suitable for enriching scallops or morsels of meat.
