Corn Flour (Polenta) with Black Summer Truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.)

It is one of the most traditional dishes of northern Italy, the addition of the Black Summer Truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) gives the polenta a unique taste and flavour. Quick and practical to prepare; just pour the flour slowly into the pan with water, mix slowly with a whisk to obtain a homogeneous mixture without lumps, while it slowly cooks and thickens.
