Description

This sauce is a delicacy prepared with only the Black Summer Truffle called “Scorzone” (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.), in extra virgin olive oil. It is ideal for seasoning any first course, to enrich any type of meat or fish or even simply to make an omelette important. The condiment having a high percentage of truffles goes very well with butter, cream and béchamel.
