Description

The Truffle Sauce combines the delicate flavor of the mushrooms with the aromatic and intense flavor of the Black Summer Truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.), resulting in a product with a harmonious flavour. Prepared in extra virgin olive oil, it is one of the best known truffle products, an excellent condiment for appetizers, first courses and meat main courses. Excellent spread on toasted bread, bruschetta and croutons. It can also be used as an ingredient for the filling of pasta and pies.
