Noodle spread out with egg

Tagliatella is always an excellent pasta prepared with lots of eggs but unlike the traditional Tajarin it is cut slightly wider.

They can be seasoned with a curl of classic butter or with truffles, with one of the sauces from the "Tartufi Al Massimo" line, giving the palate an explosion of flavours, or with a good meat sauce.
