Piedmont Hazelnut Cake

The Hazelnut Cake is a typical dessert of the Piedmontese tradition.

Our Hazelnut Cake is prepared with 51% TONDA GENTILE TRILOBATA hazelnuts from Piedmont, without adding flour (GLUTEN FREE), with sugar, eggs and butter.

It is a typically crumbly and dry dessert, it can be enjoyed as it is or accompanied by cream or hot creams such as zabaglione (typical Piedmontese sweet cream prepared with egg yolk, sugar, Marsala or another sweet liqueur).
